About the event

In these times of crazy busy and distractedness, where our energy and attention are constantly diverted into millions of directions every millisecond, we find ourselves unable to be fully present with the ones we love and cherish the most. We can get impatient, disconnected, emotionally flat, and unavailable. Our closest relationships suffer and we suffer as a result of our disconnection from life.

Even in the best of times, we realize that we have never been taught in school the essential skills of making a life, for ourselves and for our loved ones. We have become obsessed with making a living and making money that we no longer remember why we are working so hard, slogging away all week, and getting all stressed out. Our love life suffers. Our relationships sour. And we wonder what went wrong. Perhaps we may even suffer from a love gone cold in our hearts, for want of mindful nurturing over the years. This could have been the sad outcome of life's hard knocks on our self-esteem and confidence. We lose our mojo for our partners because we first lost our own mojo for ourselves. We need to rejuvenate from inside out.  

In these coaching sessions in small groups (from two to five men), we mindfully discern the issues and roadblocks to our relational fulfilment and bliss. We start with our own being and learn tools of mindfulness and loving-kindness for ourselves and others. We practice skills of acceptance and self-compassion, unlearning habitual reactivity and inertia to embark on a journey of poised aliveness and motivation to change. We discover our energetic blueprint and modulate our energy flows to heighten our ability to taste and touch life to the full. 

This is especially beneficial in our moments of intimacy and love-making with our spouses. Sensual mindfulness can go a long way towards deepening our orgasmic bliss and that of our spouse, in a space of absolute openness and loving tenderness. Our couple sexuality has the potential to be one intense celebration of the sacred in the wholeness of life. We take our time to learn the spirituality of relational and sexual loving.

RSVP to express interest in our small group coaching over Zoom. We will meet online once a fortnight. For those who prefer one-to-one coaching, email me to discuss and arrange suitable timings.
