Getting to know the Person of the Holy Spirit is wonderfully enlivening and enlightening. Our God is a Triune God, meaning a ThreeOne and OneThree Being and Life ultimately beyond all conceptual formulation and language.
God is a community of Love, with Whom we can unfathomably enter into union and communion incomparable. Ungraspable Light abiding nowhere yet pervading everywhere, with no reference points that can be made captive to gross finite or subtle formless mind yet immaculately present and alive beyond words and forms. Utterly nirvanic yet ineffably immanent in our everyday reality. Graciously He reveals Himself to us in form, word, and idea so that we might approach and draw close to Him despite our limitations.
Knowing the Son Jesus who is the Christ is a miracle of grace. So is coming to know Father. And drawing close to Spirit in intimate love and knowing is yet another amazing act of grace.
Not by my strength or merit but by His pure unadulterated grace that bends down, lifts up, purifies by fire, grows by trial, transforms by suffering and tribulation, and liberates by total surrender of self in all its forms, dimensions, and degrees of subtlety. To God be all the glory. Amen.
