Consciousness is not in you. You are in consciousness. You—the totality of the body, the mind, and the world—are in consciousness; are none other than consciousness; and know yourself by the light of consciousness.
Follow the rainbow of bliss to its very end and you will find the end to be the source. The source and the end of bliss is the light of consciousness shining resplendently nowhere. And everywhere.
Consciousness shines within as the “am-ness” of your self and shines without as the “is-ness” of things (Rupert Spira). Consciousness, ungraspable and signless, is truly the “suchness” (Skt. tathata) of all there is.
